Le joelette sono speciali carrozzine da fuoristrada su cui i disabili non deambulanti possono essere trasportati su strada, sentieri di montagna e percorsi off road.
Come si presenta La joelette dell’Associazione Disabilincorsa Onlus?
La carrozzina sportiva si presenta come una portantina su 2 ruote singolarmente ammortizzate. E’dotata di freni a disco e particolari che garantiscono la sicurezza e un grande controllo sul mezzo; costruita con materiali leggeri e resistenti ed è trasportabile in auto.
Le Joelette vengono trasportate da due o tre accompagnatori/spingitori.
Con la Joelette si rende possibile ai disabili l’esperienza della corsa, montagna o del trail. Basta che ci siano sportivi, uomini o donne di buona volontà per spingerla.
